Japanese Guitar とは？
奈良～江戸時代までに確立された雅楽や箏、三味線等の様々な古典邦楽が持つ仕組みと、明治～現代に日本が吸収してきた世界中の様々な音楽の仕組みが統合された先にある新しい日本の音楽の仕組み ＝『邦楽2.0』から生まれた日本のギター音楽の姿。Bossa Nova Guitar や　Blues Guitarなどの様に土地柄に根ざして生まれた文化や歴史が音楽の要素（リズム、旋律、和音、歌い方、タイム感etc）に内包されたギター音楽は日本の現存する伝統音楽から続く歴史の上でどんな新しい姿を表すのか。

What is Japanese Guitar?
It is a new guitar music which has a new method of Japanese music generated from “Hogaku 2.0.” The structure of a new Japanese music, Hogaku 2.0 involves traditional Japanese music such as “Gagaku,” “Sou(Koto),” and “Shamisen” established during the Nara to the Edo era, and various structures of music in the world which has been affecting Japanese music since the Meiji era. How does this new guitar music, which has been influenced by local culture and history, including rhythm, melody, code, the way of singing, and current feeling, etc. (Ex. Bossa Nova Guitar or Blues Guitar), affect on future Japanese music history?


『邦楽2.0』とは？
渥美幸裕によって考案された新しい日本の音楽の仕組み。奈良～江戸時代までに確立された雅楽や箏、三味線等の様々な古典邦楽が持つ仕組みと、明治～現代に日本が吸収してきた世界中の様々な音楽の仕組みが統合された先にある2010年代以降の日本の音楽の一つの姿を表現するメソッド。最大の特徴である”間”の在り方、1200年の歴史を持つ雅楽のグルーヴの仕組みや和の旋律と西洋リズム、和声との融合。また古典邦楽曲の発想の源泉である自然界のグルーヴやハーモニーの音楽的変換、楽曲と自然音の共存、共生等がメソッドに盛り込まれている。

What is Hogaku 2.0 ?
“Hogaku 2.0” is a method of a new Japanese music invented by Yukihiro Atsumi since 2010. This involves traditional Japanese music, such as “Gagaku,” “Sou (Koto),” and “Shamisen” from the Nara to the Edo era and various music all over the world since the Meiji era. The biggest feature is the existence of “Ma (the space),” and also a fusion of groove structure and melody of “Gagaku,” which has been lasting 1200 years in the history and rhythm and harmony from Western culture. In addition, this Hogaku 2.0 method has a musical conversion of groove and harmony of nature, and the coexistence of musical piece and sound of nature, which are the origin of the concept of traditional Japanese music.

Japanese Guitar Song Bookは奈良時代、江戸時代、明治時代、昭和時代のカヴァー曲と渥美自身による書き下ろし曲によって構成されています。

Japanese Guitar Song Book consists of some cover songs from the Nara, the Edo, the Meiji, and the Showa eras and songs newly written by Atsumi Yukihiro.
